Taking It One Day At A Time

Happy New Year & Happy New You!
It's a new year and every year about this time many us embark on a new journey for weight loss, new outlook on life or just starting over.  Whatever journey you decide to take in 2011, don't try to conquer it all at once.  Take each step one day at a time.  If you attempt to take on too much all at once you will start feeling overwhelmed very early and you will most likely give up within the first 30 days. 
The best way to take on this new year and lavish in the success that will come with it, I strongly encourage you to write a list of your overall goals for 2011, but specify next to each one at what point in 2011 you hope to achieve it.  After writing this list, post it in a place that is visible where you can be reminded of what it is that you're after. 
Go make success happen, but "Take It One Day At a Time"
